They did the worst nail art job!!! The lady could’ve just said she didn’t know how! She then wouldn’t discount me when I wasn’t happy. And she would change or redo them :( She was super rude and wouldn’t budge! I’ve been going there for 1+ years and she just didn’t care!!!! Have a much better experience when I can get into professional nearby

Would NOT recommend going here for a pedicure. $65 for a pedicure with French and then told the white for French is an extra $10!! They don’t tell you prices until after and pretend they can’t understand when you ask about pricing. Wouldn’t have cared if the pedicure was atleast good but my 6 year old niece could have done better.

Was very happy with how my nails turned out. The lady was super nice. Although she made the tips a bit longer than i originally asked for, i ended up liking it better. However a week later i noticed the two tips on my thumbs were a very different length but that’s okay. I got this done for $70 and took roughly an hour. and they stayed on until i soaked them in acetone.

Visited this salon about a week ago for ombre full set of nails. Nails started to lift after 3 days, colour was off looking not as asked and shown on their displays. Never will I return here. Don't mind paying $85 for quality but their products used are cheap. Would not recommend at all.

Because of rainbow nail my nail will never grow back. I had a minor/half damaged nail and I was half way to growing it out, they said It was long enough to put a fake nail on top, I was sceptical as I didn't think it was long enough to support the fake nail. I asked 3 times if she was sure if it was okay to do, she was laughing and snickering to the worker next to her in her language, almost as if they knew that this was going to cause issues. She said yes and went ahead and did it anyway. Within 24 hours the nail had completely pulled back and 3 quarters hanging off, I've never been in so much pain in my entire life, it had completely damaged the nail matrix, I've spent hours at hospital and GP, and been told the nail cannot be saved. The infection has been so bad I haven't been able to sleep. I'm now on antibiotics. Never in my life would I wish this upon anyone. Those two women are pure evil. She knew exactly what was going to happen, she clearly just didn't like me for whatever reason. Please do not go to this salon. Unless you want to wind up with permanent life long damage. They are HORRIBLE.

I have used them few times - liked their foot massage. But yesterday was useless. Hope its just one person not doing the job correctly, but that spoils the reputation.

A Really rude lady did my nails today, she was clearly stressed. She rushed through it cutting my finger with the file and didn’t apologise, plus charged me more than I was initially quoted. Definitely go elsewhere!

Have been going to Rainbow Nails for a while now - getting my nails and a pedicure done every time.Have never had to wait longer than 5 mins to be serviced and the ladies are always so lovely.Have been getting the same colour from the beginning and after them running low this last time suggested an alternate colour which I think is now my favourite.Have only ever had one breakage since getting my nails done and never any problems at all.Well priced and an immaculate finish.Highly recommend.

I went in and got my nails done with the gel and went back the following day to get them to redo it, after closer inspection it looked like they had already grown out and it was on too thick, some nails worse than others. When I had it redone the next day I was happy with the result although they couldn’t understand or did not want to understand the problem at first . Two days later one of my fingers is slightly red swollen and sore around the nail bed obviously due to the manicure.I won’t be returning to this store.
