They do not keep spares for stock they sell. Purchase a laundry sink plug which was removed from a new unit. The tub was originally purchased by our builder from them. Keep spares, JIT failed in the 90's.

I want to congratulate your Albury Parts Section on their extraordinary product knowledge. I recently went to them enquiring about where I could get seals for a 50+ year old Hush flush system. T first the young man I asked was not sure, but asked another staff member who walked down an aisle and within 10 secs bought back the seal kit I needed, which next morning I fitted and restored the system to working order. I hope you will extend to them many thanks for their excellent work.
