Absolutely amazing. After a drunk driver hit both our cars on the street, the guys at Trade & General were quick to come and get them. This was important as in the space of a couple hours 3 people had asked to buy the wrecked cars. When the insurance company had deemed them write offs, the guys at Trade & General showed compassion and care in bringing our babies back to us. Even fighting the traffic to make sure they were put safely up the driveway until we can repair them. Nothing is too much for them and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

They were quick to answer, picked up my car from the middle of nowhere and rang me once they had done so the following day. Thankyou for giving me peace of mind. They were reasonably priced and helped me with my broken down dilemma. If you can avoid Sunday rates I would (but that’s with anyone towing). Gratzi

I waited 7 hrs for them to arrive. The driver asked me didn't I have a spare tyre. As if presumably I am hopeless. The problem was I hit an established pot hole in Port Stevens unlit street and did two tyres and two rims. A costly stressful experience when I was stranded and not a local. I do not recommend them

Got towed by David after an accident, he was very quick getting my car on the truck. He was very friendly and professional. He even organised so that I could get all my belongings out of the car

They towed my car from the Pacific Highway during a storm. The driver arrived quickly and had us out of a dangerous situation efficiently. The driver (Teddy) was great - he tried to drop the car off at a couple of mechanics on the way through to our hotel (no luck, holiday period). He really helped us out in a difficult situation. I would have given 5 stars but they did not end up emailing us the invoice (my only complaint).

I booke to towing my car at 2pm, I called 1:30 and they said to expect some delays. I waited for 2 hs and called again and they cancel the job. Terrible, unprofessional and I gonna save this company name to never more call them

I have my car in there it was stolen now given I was only informed only 2 months ago from the police. So I contacted them I have the release peppers emailed 2 months ago and then a month ago I was contacted by them informing me that they would be able to retrieve it. But still they won't release it to me I haven't seen my holden Commodore vy ss in like 3 years and it still sits in there today I don't know how long till I can have my baby home.
