Helensvale Plaza Shopping Centre

Helensvale plaza is so convenient espiecally living 5 minutes down the road I visit atleast once or twice a day! As it’s my one stop shop! I have been around for 5 years now! But my reason for the three stars is because I’m so over being hassled at the front door by someone trying to sell me something in and out and I don’t know why it’s okay to put them right at the front like you have no choice! I use the back door just to avoid I think you should reconsider where you let these people set up! I understand it’s a job and someone has to do it but something has to change because it getting beyond a joke! I don’t mind the little shops that set up there in front of the sushi shop because your not hassled to buy something! I don’t think I’m the only person that thinks the same!

Helensvale plaza management team very unprofessional, inhuman and unjust. Do not shop at a centre that will not look after there customers in an event of an incident.

Wonderful place! Everything you need. Especially at crema expresso. Best service,wonderful friendly staff. Great food and nothing is to much trouble.

The shops here are all neat and clean. I have found the staff in all the shops to be friendly and helpful. The bakery is my local bakery, they are always really friendly. The local Coles is great. For a small shop (by comparison) the selection is awesome.

Since this malls upgrade it has the most loveliest feel to it. There are some great shops for people of all ages. It's also within walking distance to Westfield, should you feel like a bigger experience.

Great place to grab a snack or even a meal. Everything is so close and convenient. Do a quick shop or stay for a while.

Just like to say a Big THANKYOU to Centre Management Lorine Davis and Staff for all their help recently when my Mother had an accident at the Plaza. They went out of their way to stay with her, assist with her and assure her until she went off to hospital.Even put my Mother’s mobility scooter into a safe storage place until it could be picked up at a later date.Went above and beyond. Absolutely awesome.
