Since working with Karen Howe from HR people it is totally changed how we do business, we now get to concentrate on our business rather than going through CVs shortlisting candidates and worrying at night that we are paying the correct rates etc. I highly recommend if you’re keen to advance your business that you speak with Karen Howe from the HR people. 6 years ago before we started using the HR People our employment policies were out of date, not properly documented and our employment contracts were not worth the paper they we written on. That all changed thanks to Karen and the team.
