We engaged AAA towing to complete a complex job and tow our concrete pump and separate boom. Our first point of contact was Jason who was very helpful, quoted and explained the scope of work required, answered our questions, and booked us in. Shaun and Clint were the two tow-truck drivers. They arrived on time and were friendly, calm, polite and most importantly, very professional. They were knowledgeable, worked well together and completed the jobs with a high level of care and accuracy. We were very happy with their work and relieved with the outcome and would gladly recommend AAA to anyone requiring towing for their heavy vehicles and will definitely use their services again in the future. I recently used Jason and the team tow my Truck out of Pickles’ auction yard.Jason was able to administer and move the truck quickly and efficiently, which was particularly important as I was based out of state.They handled my vehicle with care and got it to the desired location same day. The best in the business. Ended up bogged in my tipper on the side of the road. Called these guys. They were there within 20 minutes and got me out with ease, also they we’re alot cheaper than the previous company’s I’ve used in the past. The only company I’ll ever use for heavy haulage towing.

Our truck unfortunately broke down on Hawthorn Road holding up trams and traffic for quite a while. AAA towing responded very quickly and Ryan worked very hard to get our truck off the road for traffic flow to resume. Kudos to him for getting it done because our POS Iveco didn’t make it easy for him to plumb up the air to release our trailer brakes and lift the airbags. He did a stellar job in the heat and under pressure. Thanks again!

Our truck broke down near Albury and we called AAA within one hour they had a truck go up to haul it back to Melbourne.
