My wife and I spent months researching a number of builders before we decided to sign on the dotted line with DAVCON CONSTRUCTIONS. I am so glad we went with David and Jenna. They helped us find the perfect block, one of the last left in Icely Estate, Eglinton. And being first time home builders, we researched everything. We thought we knew everything, then we went through the sales and build process and realized we knew nothing. DC had everything covered. They had the best design/floor plan we wanted. The end result exceeded our expectations in build quality, transparency and customer service. I must admit that my wife was very hands on and felt that poor Dave weathered the barrage of questions well.
