We are Renters, and the process was so easy, we got a property in less than a week. Melissa is our Property Manager, and she has been super fast in Responding in any questions or Issues that have come up, and she was very quick in processing our Application. The online app they use for rent payments makes it so easy to do, and lets you set up a automatic payment but you can also manually pay before the due date.

My property is leased through Pavilion and they have been great. Melissa is my property manager and she is extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive, she always solves any issues quickly. I had such a smooth process leasing the property and finding a great tenant. The digital online platform Pavilion uses for landlords to keep track of their rent transactions and bills is really useful and makes everything easy come tax time. Overall I'm extremely pleased with Melissa and Pavilion Property's service and would highly recommend them!
