Pestpro Pest Control Solutions

I got someone out from pest pro to do a normal extermination. The guy who did it smashed my window and said the service was free of charge and they would further more put in a insurance claim to fix my window. This was in January. It is now April. After multiple calls to pest pro, they keep telling me the same thing thing that insurance will contact me but it’s been 4 months no one from the insurance team has contacted me. I do not Recommend pest pro they are very unprofessional and unorganised.
