Formula Pest Control

Do not use Formula Pest Control, it is an extremely unprofessional business. I hired them (Eddie) to remove some bird nests from my roof and install some mesh around my solar panels to stop birds from nesting there. Eddie claimed he could not remove two birds and trapped them in by sealing the mesh with the birds trapped under the solar panels. Eddie said it was no big deal and he had taken similar action in the past. I lodged a formal complaint with the RSPCA who were appalled. The RSPCA made Eddie rectify the situation though all he did was cut some big holes in the mesh which I had to then fix at my own cost. Eddie was very rude to deal with and seemed very unprofessional. There are better, more professional businesses out there who have similar pricing. I went with this company because of all the positive Google reviews but given my experience I am unsure how authentic they are. Save yourself the headache and trouble by looking elsewhere.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------******Update in response to the reply from Formula Pest Control***I am unsure how to reply directly to Formula Pest Control's reply so am commenting here. There's a lot of untruths in the reply that I don't have the time to go through and respond to each one (perhaps the biggest being that it was my instruction to trap the birds which is just absurd given I was only made aware of the birds after the job was complete, let alone the fact that it is inhumane to begin with) so all I will say is the bottom line, which is two birds were intentionally trapped in my roof because Eddie was too incompetent and unprofessional to remove them. So buyer beware if this is the level of 'professionalism' that you want.

I’m dealing with Formula pest control for quite few years now,never let down due to the highest level of experience. Always on call when I needed it . Eddie is a true gentleman to deal with and very professional.I strongly recommend Formula Pest Control not just for the quality of work but also for the competitive quotes and honesty.

Eddie did some work for my mums house today and was very professional, courteous, punctual and had good attention to detail. He made sure to communicate to her clearly and simply what he did, what is happening now with the dead bugs around (which he cleaned up) and what to expect as the days went on. Overall she was very happy with his service and our family and friends will be using his services again.

Eddie has been called out to my place on two seperate occasions. He has very sound knowledge, professional, helpful and did a great job to solve my mice problem. He is also fair & goes the extra mile. Rob

Eddie is always professional and trustworthy. He is also punctual and always deliver great job, he helped me with birds and mice issues, highly recommended.

I had Eddie out at my place for general pest control and also for the rodents on the roof.Eddie was on time and explained the job, he went beyond and above and went into my roof and install bait for rodents in multiple areas and also find out the possible entry points. He has done a tremendous job with general pest control as well, i had issue with spiders and ants, but now it has been taken care of professionally. He has got good knowledge and on time and also reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend him and his service...

I don't normally do surveys like this but I had a bird nest in the roof cavity. Eddie was polite to ask if he could come earlier than agreed. After a late afternoon phone call he arrived early next day on a public holiday & was polite, efficient, knowledgable & fixed my situation. On top of that he replaced some broken roof tiles for me. Excellent service & fees very reasonable.

If you ever need pest control this is your guy! He caught a mouse that was running around our house while everyone was screaming!!Haha. He went above and beyond our expectations! Great friendly service, highly recommend
