Super friendly and helpful mechanic! Managed to fit me in for a quick service before a long trip despite being super busy. Always lets me know his thoughts on what the car could need in the future after a service. Very polite and doesn't assume I'm an idiot which a lot of mechanics do when you're a girl.

Ainsley has gone above and beyond each service, and the service print out lets you know exactly where your car is at for needing further work with a easy to read report. Highly recommended

Super awesome service from Scott. He went above and beyond. What an asset for the business. Traveling around Australia, had a major issue with my suspension. Scott dropped everything to help. Fixed it quickly and with a friendly no fuss, nothing was too much trouble attitude. We were on our way again in 30minutes. I was preparing to be stuck for hours or maybe days if parts had to be ordered in. Not so with Super Scott from Albany Mechanical on the job!!! PS the price was extraordinarily reasonably low. If you’re a traveller, or a local, and need help, I highly recommend this business to you.

I can not recommend highly enough this business. From booking in, transporting me home, delivering vehicle to me after and explaining any issues that need attention. It is so nice to receive such fantastic service from a local business, no inflated prices, just good quality from start to finish. Will definitely be taking my car here in the future.

I took my new Subaru Forester to Albany Mechanical for its 12500 km service. He was far cheaper than his competitors and had the job finished in 90 minutes. There's no way that I'd take my car anywhere else.
