Been with the company nearly two years and since starting with Pride Promotions there hasn't been a day where I haven't looked forward to coming to work everyday. The people, culture, energy, enthusiasm and drive that comes with the job on a day to day is so motivating and refreshing.

Honestly such an amazing company to both work at and work with! They have the best company culture and go to great lengths to continually improve in every way, whilst always keeping the clients needs as a priority. Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Absolutely unreal place to work!I have had an amazing time since working at Pride Promotions. From day to day work life through to the culture of the office this place provides so much fun and business experience. I moved down from Brisbane last year and have been welcomed with open arms into the office. They offer great opportunities for progression and it has taken me all over Victoria with the work they do. In my closing year at Pride Promotions, there’s only one way i could ever describe such an office. irreplaceable.In my first taste of sales as a young fresh kid with no previous experience, i was met with support across the state, a strong team mentality, loving and generous pool of people that range from the recruitment side, general administration, guest speakers and welcoming team leaders to the managing director himself. I found my footing in a standard procedure of a supporting team leader, and traveled side by side across multiple journeys to forge myself into something i had no clue was inside of me. A leader. Pride promotions sets up the biggest achievements inside us and helps unlock our hidden talents i see most young people constantly asking for. Not once have i seen any office replicate their culture, their dedication and their work ethic. To sign with Pride is to sign for success and take yourself to a higher level, inside an ever growing industry. Ive hit goals i had no idea where achievable in such a short time, grown in more ways I didn’t see at first, and will forever hold friendships that I've made through my journey.My only memories that i have left are full of fulfilment and purpose, because to sit beside their members you take notice of how driven everyone is. I find myself feeling nostalgic thinking of how much everyone has done for me, and moving forward I can now also be the best version of myself.I’m proud to say i had the privilege to work alongside such a fantastic group of people, never once have they let me down.

Such an amazing place to work! Not only did I learn the art of sales, but I had the opportunity at such a young age to manage and lead sales teams, travelling both domestically and internationally for work, giving me invaluable skills that have given me a major advantage in my life since. The other major separator of Pride and other jobs is the amount of personal development received. It's a massive culture of supporting the wellbeing of all employees to ensure we are bringing the best version of ourselves every day which is so important to any job.

I really enjoyed my time working for Pride Promotions, the training and experience you get in sales is amazing. Even though I am no longer in sales, the people skills I developed have helped me in my career ever since. Ben and Taryn are absolute legends and I wish you and your business all the best for the future!

After working for Pride for over 2.5 years I can say it is honestly a fantastic company.In terms of support these guys did so much for me when it came to development inside and outside of the office. I've built some amazing friendships and had some incredible experiences through Pride. The thing that they do really well is invest in their staff and education.If you want to learn and excel they will provide you with the tools to do so. Also got to give a massive shout out to Ben, he's an incredible boss who really has his staffs best interest at heart and will help them be successful if they are willing to put in the effort to make it happen! Of course i can't forget to mention the admins, you guys keep everything going and do a amazing job at creating an inviting and fun enviroment for anyone who comes into the office. When it comes to the people working in sales they are genuinely such an unreal group of people. They'll show you the ropes, help you build the foundations for success in the industry and create a comfortable environment for you to grow and thrive in!If you're thinking of starting in sales, want to earn some good money and willing to put in some effort to do well Pride Promotions is a great place to work.

Pride Promotions has honestly been the best opportunity I’ve had the privilege to experience.I had no prior experience in sales before starting with Pride, but they gave me all the tools needed to train me quick and easy to be a weapon in the company, and make company PB’s. My confidence and talent is constantly growing with all the help and networking they provide. I have already learnt SO much in such little time.During my time with the company, I have already travelled so much of Australia and NZ, going on road trips to the beautiful country of VIC and QLD, building my own team, and training others to where I’m at now.It has been so surreal, and I still can’t imagine doing anything else now.The office has been one of the most positive supportive environments I’ve ever been in.Everyone is so driven, helpful, charismatic, and all have their unique traits that we all embrace.They encourage you to be the best version of yourself, in whatever way that is, as everyone is so different.Pride Promotions is my second family, and I wouldn’t have it any other way :)

Pride Promotions is a face to face fundraising company that is based in South Melbourne. The company is involved in creating teams of staff to raise funds for some of the most prestigious charities in Australia.Pride Promotions offered me as a student; the opportunity to be a part of the fast-paced world of sales. Once recruited, there is a large amount of support to help individuals unlock their great potential.The team from recruitment; to campaign leader, have successfully built a workplace atmosphere that leaves you smiling in and out of work hours.Although my time with the Pride came to an end, I am happy to have had the opportunity to be part of their team. I left with communication and personal skills that are second to none; with the tailored support from some of the industries leaders.Working at such a place has been well worth every minute, if you want to be a leader, are interested, intent, then with the team you can be the best you, ‘A legend’, before you know it.
