Trent is an absolute legend. I wish I'd been referred to him sooner. He is professional, efficient and has great banter too. Despite how crazy it is at tax time, he remains friendly and easy to contact. He provides a seamless, online tax return experience and I highly recommend to anyone. The service is so affordable and with the level of care he provides, well worth every dollar.

Made a booking a week in advance. Arrived at the office only to find out the tax agent was in Queensland. Nil communication from the agent even after the incident. Waste of time and such an inconvenience.
