Fix Ya Roof

I have chosen Fix Ya Roof to do the roof restoration work and fixing leaks along the connection of the flat tin roof into the tile roof. The owner has re-assured me that he will personally come and do the fix of the water leak area. However, the owner was nowhere to be seen when it came to doing the fixing work. He has relied on his sub-contractor to work on the fix for the leak. One month after the roof restoration was completed, water still leaked through the roof into the ceiling of my house after a few days of continuous rain. I have contacted the owner and he again promised me that he has discussed with his sub-contractor that there is a solution that he will get his sub-contractor to carry out. However, I am still waiting for the owner and his sub-contractor to contact me after 1 month of waiting and I could not get in contact with the owner since our last call.

I just found the ridge tiles were loose as I cleaned the gutter for my property.I called Kev to give me a quote urgently for re bedding and re pointing because the plasterer and painter will start the interior room renovation soon so I do not want have any roof leaking happening again.Kev did a urgent inspection and sms me the photos with all tiles damage. He gave me a quote with fair price that he will apply a new pointing material is essentially a flexible adhesive (not a cement) to glue the ridge caps to the tiles to form a watertight and flexible seal that will withstand some movement of the roof structure during changes in temperature and humidity.I am very happy with his professional workmanship and expertise so I do recommend this company.
