My partner phoned the office earlier to try and orginise to talk to someone about the details of their employment. (Not looking for a job, just doing some enquiries. He's currently employed) Much to his suprise the office lady was abrubt, rude and pretty much told him she didnt have the time of of day. Very dissapointing experience! A little bit of professionalisim and effort goes a long way.
