The services delivered by Finn Connolly and the delivery crew were outstanding. Finn took care of all the pre-departure preparations in a timely and very professional manner. When his nominated crew and I arrived on board the boat was literally ready for departure (fuel with plenty of reserve, water tanks full, food provided and stored, safety checks completed). A technical problem with one of the engines on the day of departure saw Finn taking some immediate action to have the problem fixed promptly with only a few hours delay. On our trip from the Sunshine Coast to Hobart (~1100nm) the crew always acted very professionally by putting health and safety first, followed by ensuring a timely delivery of the boat. The delivery cruise also offered a unique opportunity for me to learn from experienced and highly qualified sailors about the boat and its sailing characteristics. In essence, the delivery trip was a very positive experience for me. Well done to Finn and the delivery crew (skipper: Ryan Houston)!

Five Star Service. Highly recommendedFinn at Complete Yacht Delivery offers a five star service. I tasked Finn and his team with moving my newly purchased yacht from Sydney to Melbourne. This wasn’t an easy task as he had to contend with Covid related lockdowns and travel restrictions. His excellent communication and detailed planning made me confident that the boat was in safe hands. The boat was delivered in a timely manner and in great condition.I would happy use Complete Yacht Delivery again.

Highly recommend! The communication with Finn was professional and prompt throughout the entire delivery process. The crew were also friendly and helpful with any queries we had when we met them upon arrival. The process all round was smooth and professional. Can not talk more highly of our experience. Excellent service and great learning experience. Finn help me move to boat up to Southport from Port Macquarie. Very thorough pre-start audit confirmed we were well sorted. Excellent briefing, roster and very professional skipper. I learnt heaps about best practice. Boat delivered safely and soundly. Would definitely use again and would be happy to recommend. Will look to hire Finn for private tuition of family skills onboard over coming months.
