I visited the store the other day and wanted to do an exchange. The process was easy and simple, as I already had my receipt on hand, and the staff even offered other items that would be beneficial to myself. Cannot fault the customer service in this store.

Prices are absolutely INSANE!!!!! You’d be better off buying a 3D printer.Staff is awkward and pushes products on you.Buy 2nd hand or form other stores.

Visited a few times since moving here, and I've always had a great time. This review is going to be focused mostly on the guy who runs the place, Dave.Dave runs a great shop, and has done a fantastic job of organising a welcoming community. As I'm a beginner to wargaming and miniature painting, Dave has given me heaps of advice on how to get started, and even a few free lessons on painting.Every time I've gone in, I've come out feeling stoked. I can't recommend this store enough to anyone who's looking to get into the scene, be they a beginner or a long time enthusiast.

The service of the manager is amazing and very helpful when I get confused on how the games work and helpful with painting tips and tricks.Ill be coming back more often as it is a lovely environment and people.

My wife asked for a recommendation from the staff what to get for Father’s Day. Staff recommended something unusable from a different faction, and refused to allow a substitution as she didn’t think to get a receipt. Will not be using again in the future.
