Fantastic for all mothers with babies to keep active and fit. Fathers like myself have been welcomed and given a good workout as well.

A great way to meet new mum's, get fit and have fun. Rebecca the Kanga trainer is professional yet funny, encouraging and gentle but gives you a great workout leaving you looking forward to your next class.

I have been going to kanga for a while now. It's lovely to socialise with other people and work on fitness while keeping bub close and content. My 3.5 year old enjoys it as a backpack too.Great way to get more confidence and freedom with babywearing too.
