I would recommend Ultrabright to anyone. My partner and I went away on holidays and organise friends to let them in the house. They were very easy to deal with and when we got home our house has never looked so good. We were very impressed on how well our tiles turned out and made our couch look like new. I give them 0 STARS (but had to put at least 1 in there to be able to post this review)!Was the worst end of lease/pre-sale clean I've ever seen. We had to get them back to do the clean again. Even so, it was still very poor; tapware had dried up cleaning scum all over. Room corners were still dirty. Blinds had not been cleaned. The real estate agent ended up coming to the house and did further cleaning and vacuuming to get it to a point it could be inspected.I don't know how this business managed to get 5 stars in the other reviews. Think carefully and do some background research before using this business. I have to wonder if they even knew what they were doing as the result was so unprofessional!Never again!Ultrabright I have the invoice for the service INV 0678 dated 19 Oct 2022. Please check your records as your business name is on that invoice.

We recently had Sam come and do our carpet clean for an exit clean. We also got our couch cleaned. This is where the magic happened. Our couch is almost 20 years old and it was stained from us over these years. I had tried so much to clean it but could never do it. I wasnt expecting Sam to be able to clean it completely, but he did. It looks brand new! Can't believe it. Well worth the money. Oh and the carpets were great too. Thanks Sam!

I organised a clean with Sam quite early as we found out we were moving interstate. We had our bond clean done this week and I have been left feeling so upset after being told that my house looks like it’s not been cleaned in three years. Well we only built our house two years ago, I just had an emergency c-section 8 weeks ago with a toddler and no family support, we had multiple people in our house removing all our furniture and household goods and as soon as they were done we got in the car that day to move interstate with two small children… I’m sorry but were we meant to clean our home for it to then be bond cleaned? I have worked with department of housing homes for the last 5 years and my house is nothing compared to what you see across Cairns. Sam was so lovely when we were talking before the clean and then turned very rude when we sent some photos and asked that a few things be fixed. I think we have been completely taken advantage of as Sam knew we were renting our house privately with friends. He claimed that those same friends were just upset because he quoted them more for a clean. Which is just ridiculous as they found someone else cheaper than Sam anyway. We paid $900 for this which is literally more than my weekly salary just to be treated like absolute rubbish. He stated that if we wasted his time by going back to our house, that we would be getting billed again. My friend was actually nervous to walk him around our property to show him what needed to be fixed due to the way we were all being spoken to. He has insulted us as the owners of the property when speaking with the tenants and insulted the tenants while speaking with us. This is just not acceptable. We thought Sam’s overall clean was good, but there was a few things we just wanted fixed in the end. This has just caused so much unnecessary stress while we have moved from cairns and trying to get things sorted from afar.*Video is of my house as we walked out once the removalists were done. Horrible service. He run late and I had to push back my schedule. His machine did not work well so my carpet was not steamed properly. On top of that, I heard him talking badly behind my back and being very rude.
