Phil is hands down the best osteo I’ve ever been to. He is consistently able to find the best course of treatment for any pain I have and is always professional. Have recommended him to a number of friends already.

I came in with a busted forearm that had been growing gradually worse over an extended period of time and got to the point where I had to stop gym completely and couldn't even swing a hammer with one hand. Not even 5 minutes into the session I knew this dude was gonna fix me up. Phil knows his stuff and is obviously passionate about his craft. Also is very well spoken and answered any of my questions clearly and concise.Oh and yes, i'm back to swinging hammers (with one hand) and smashing hammer curls at the gym!

Me and my partner both use Phil’s services for Remedial massage and are always pleased with the results. Ourselves both competitive athletes always tend to pop into Phil’s for a session before competition and are always left with the competitive edge. Can’t recommended enough! Our body’s always feel great after or leading into competition.

Phil is a true professional. He is skilled in all the techniques that you would expect of a good myotherapist but has an great personality that instantly puts you at ease.Continually learning new and improved technique he seems to want to have as many options available to him to help his patient.I visited Phil with scoliosis that really bothered me every day, after the 1st visit I was relieved of the ‘slow standup’ position I have been experiencing for over 6 months.Cannot recommend him enough!

Couldn't recommended Life Performance Therapies more, having a bad back from all my years in Hospitality you sometimes need to work the kinks out just to get though the days ahead, that why I choose Phil, he is a absolute master at remedial Therapy. I walked in Dr Murray’s office with a headache/ strained neck and burning nerve pain in my head. After weeks of being in pain which affected all aspects of my life, I was treated by Dr Murray with a combination of treatments. 24 hrs later I was pain free and felt like myself again!Absolutely wonderful, thorough and so knowledgeable.Best discovery this year, thank you Philip !

Have been lucky enough to know Phil from his earlier fitness instruction career, and when I found out he had qualified upwards into myotherapy it was an immediate move to seek him out for treatment.Glad I did. Solid skills across a wide range of therapeutic options, including cupping, dry needling, gua-sha, remedial massage & manipulation.As a training athlete well into middle age, looking after injuries and niggles before they become problems is critical. Phil managed that within the first few visits, and now we are moving from rehab to prehab to keep the recovery going and the strength gains solid and the body intact. Very reasonably priced, and his practice is well appointed and professional.Mobility, mobilisation, and pain relief are core to Phil's operation, and I know I recover, sleep and perform better after treatments.I'm in two minds writing this review. If you all find out just how good he is, I won't be able to get my appointments, but I guess I'll take the risk.Thanks Phil for all your good work and treatment, and keeping me on point, 220kg dls before 2022 is done aye?

I have been to osteos before but I have been amazed how much Phillip has been able to help me in such a short period. He is amazing and I would recommend anyone to see him. He puts you at ease, is very professional and knowledgeable in his field!!
