Bunnings Carrum Downs

Like most unnings everything is here from.Power tools, hand tools, outdoor entertainment and bar b que needs, plants, paint, pots the lot. And know rhey sell dog and cat products. Can't go passed the sausage sizzle outside.

Out of every staff member I could not fault one but night to superstars that shined Jamie on the front door to smile was a good welcome to the store the attitude and customer service was on pointe and of course Aaron yes were tool shop has served me many times in here that guy has always a smile on his face and yeah customer service does not very often exist in this state at all especially when I done it 12 months retail operations certificate I tend to notice it your staff does but when it comes to these two and a few others which I had got their names oh I want it that's not get a few more names of people in there possess a lot of your stuff really shine but Jamie and Aaron really shine tonight they made my night and they made my French Bulldogs tonight thankyou Bunnings Carrum down I never regret going to Carrum down I've never taken a step into Frankston because I don't need two Carrum Downs Bunnings make me feel welcome more than my own front door at home thank you a big thank you to Jamie and Aaron and the other stuff that come and help me with the Bulldogs just then

This was my best Bunnings experience ever.Staff approached me, asking me if I needed help. Super helpful, smiling staff like we used to get decades ago. Am I dreaming?Not that I needed a bonus after that, but everything I needed was in stock too.

I've noticed a lot of 1* reviews describing a very rude woman". I wonder if we are all talking about the same one. How does she still work here???The older woman in the garden center is a miserable

Went into Bunnings the other day and was severely disappointed at the extensive wait time due to the lack of registers being opened. There was only one register open in the tool shop and the cues were outrageous. It’s very sad to see a store that had such a good reputation in the community go so far downhill. Will not be returning until this is remedied.

Staff were great. Little disappointed that clearance items not all in one place but scattered around so hard to locate. Wide variety and selection. Amazing pot selection. Really impressed with service ans staff. Didnt buy any statues but WOW great selection and good quality items.

What can I say about all Bunnings stores, firstly Bunnings is probably my all time favourite store and I could spend all day or even all week or year there looking at all the items/products they sell.Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help out.That have everyday cheap prices and always willing beat a cheaper advertised price on the same item else where.I could not recommend Bunnings highly enough to anyone in need of any hardware, tools, anything for home improvement or just some free time to browse all the great products they have there.

Amazing customer service from the carrum downs team. From Vince in the tool shop, troy in building, Jess in Bunnings cafe, Pippa in gardening. All wonderful people that are more than happy to help

Rude staff. I asked for a dying plant to be marked down and she said it's fine. Just needs a feed."It was yellow and floppy and had pests (spider mites)."Where are these pests you're talking about?"She said she'd take it from 50 to 40 so I said "no thanks I'll just leave it".She bitchily said "ok"
