We had a very good experience here today. Unlike other stores where you wait forever for someone to help you, here the counter is at the front and they want to help you. David the Irish staff member today sat with us and answered all our questions and was very honest. He also matched Appliances Online prices. You can't fault them and we ended up getting the range hood and the cooktop from here.

David Holmes from Winning Appliances Narellan an amazing and ever so helpful representative. We have bought many appliances from here and David has directed and helped us make the right decisions. More recently our son had purchased a washing machine and we were able to get David's assistance in fixing a minor issue. Thanks David and Winnings for outstanding service over the years

Fantastic service. Called about a water filter for our fridge. Only 1 left in stock at warehouse. They arranged for it to be delivered first thing the next day. Delivery was notified by email and text. Exactly on time. Friendly, efficient and all round really pleasant purchase. So very rare these days. Thank you. Will be doing business again!

I have purchased many things over the years with winning appliances at different locations. They have always been very professional in there Service. My wife and I just purchased appliances for a new kitchen and they were very knowledgeable, and they didn't try to steer us into more expensive products that we didn't need. I would recommend them for future purchases. Because of covid we had to reschedule our delivery a number of times, and there was never any drama.

We bought a Samsung fridge back in September 2021 and it has 10 years warranty, suddenly the fridge stopped working for 2 days and worked again.same instance happened twice.I called them to find out the cause and they are asking money to look at it.my question is what’s a point to have 10 years warranty if they don’t even wanna check what’s a problem.

The Winnings Narellan showroom is excellent, they have a great range of products and good stock levels. They were able to pricematch awesome prices for us and had the best delivery service I have experienced. Will definitely be back for any further appliances.
