Ethical Tees are an outstanding outfit. Every staff member that I have had contact with are/were efficient, engaged and super friendly. The tee shirt products that I have had made are smart and well made and earlier consignments have lasted really well over time as I'm sure all will. As we are an environmental protection association, Ethicals' eco-policies are important to us.Well done all round.

Customer service is top notch, I worked with Liz - who is simply incredible. I made a bulk order of 100 shirts, and 100 bucket hats. Quality is amazing, throughout the process of designing the merchandise Liz was very accommodating to changes, and I really appreciated that she made sure everything was as it was meant to be. Seriously service was incredible. Will definitely work with Ethical Tees in the future, and recommend to everyone!!!!! I wish I could say otherwise, but my overall experience with Ethical Tees was not a positive one. It resulted in months of delays to my customers, and was also easily avoidable.I've printed with Ethical Tees twice now. Both times, despite clear instructions, the specified and agreed-upon placement of the artwork on the garments was noticeably incorrect. The first time, the business took ownership and offered a reprint, which corrected the placement and re-instated my trust in the company.The second time, I requested numerous times in writing to see a proof before the full run of shirts (close to 200) were printed, in order to avoid the time and wastage involved with reprints. Both requests were not acknowledged, and next I knew, the shirts had been printed and were shipped. When they arrived, the placement was again noticeably off from the agreed dimensions.At no point was it ever actually said 'we made a mistake'. After many emails and wasted time explaining and reiterating my situation, a refund on the incorrect items (the bulk of the order) was eventually agreed upon. Months after I promised my customers their shirts would be delivered, I'm now faced with the task of finding a new screenprinter and starting the process again.It's fair to say that the quality of the printing is great - the items are well produced. I wish I could continue with Ethical Tees - there is much that I like about this business and their mission.But it's impossible for me to do so. I'll gladly give a second chance, but never a third. With any luck, Ethical Tees takes this experience as a lesson to avoid similar situations for future customers.

Fantastic customer service from Liz at Ethical Tees! Very responsive and helpful throughout the entire ordering process. Online customer portal made things very easy to access and Liz always followed up in a timely manner to make sure our order was on time. We ordered 100x AS Colour tees with branding and they arrived very quickly and are great quality. Very impressed and will be keeping Liz and the Ethical Tees team in mind for future orders.

Ordered about 100 customised tees and tote bags for a work wrap gift and they turned out perfectly! Communication is excellent and they met our tight deadline as well.
