Worst customer service I’ve ever had. In the shop for over 20 minutes, wasn’t acknowledged once.Needed help in changing room but staff member was too fixated on her phone (the image is her head in her phone). Would have walked out but needed warm clothes. Got to counter and she couldn’t spit two words out to me and walked away once I paid with my bag as far away from meAs possible. She didn’t want to be there and it was clear we were in the way of her phone, if you hate your job so much, QUIT. Will never go back.

Very bad place they scan my discount coupon code from perks and they didn't give me any discount when I return with the invoice showing them that I didn't get the discount the manager was a boy he said I am sorry for that I can't do anything for you.better for them to shut down this place

I went into Factorie on Wednesday 29/12/21 and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service (or lack thereof) that I received. The two girls that were on shift didn't even acknowledge a single customer the entire time I was in the store. They were too busy complaining to each other about how their boss had asked them to fold some clothes and tidy up the store, which seems a completely reasonable request to me. Them bagging out their boss so loudly in front of customers for asking them to do work was really unpleasant to listen to as a customer, especially when they were using her name. It was extremely unprofessional and created an awkward uninviting atmosphere in the store. I will be avoiding the store when I see those girls working.

Fantastic quality clothes, Factorie never disappoints! Can always find the latest trends in fashion there and the clothes are so good quality that the clothes I bought when they first opened are still as nice as they were years ago. Good sales on all year round and the staff are super friendly too, they always seem happy to help you.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Ever. Busy store with heaps of customers and the two girls at the counter are too busy eating and giggling to eachother behind the counter glued to their mobile phones. I was in the store for 20 minutes and not a single customer was even greeted! Then I actually had to WAIT until the girls had finished on their phones at the counter. Not to mention the last time I came in different girls were too busy flirting away to the security guard to serve a single person.
