Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Sylvania - Southgate S/C

After a bad experience at Bupa optical where I was advised that I could only receive one pair of $199 glasses through my Bupa fund instead of 2 because my script for reading glasses required thicker glass, I was delighted to find that not only could I receive two pairs of $199 glasses but I could choose designer frames! Thank you Spec Savers, I won’t go anywhere else for glasses.

Today I visited Specsavers Sylvania at two seperate times and fortunate to have two seperate One for glass selection and the other for an eye test later in the day and then finalising all the detail necessary for my final decisions and completion of the orderThis was a very pleasant experience as both Staff Members Alison and Kyra were exceptional and competent in understanding what suited my face my history in previous purchases and confident with their suggestions.I felt so relieved with only having to provide limited information as they knew exactly where to select from what brands were best suited for me without the push... they just seemed relaxed efficient and confidentTheir confidence delivery and approachable manner in turn assisted me in feeling so relaxed Both staff with their extensive experience assisted me in helping select extra options whiply and clearly explainedOne of the most important factors within my experience was their attention to detail and multi-taskingI threw many questions at them... they didn't appear phased at all!They educated me regarding sunnies and my usual glasses (which I wear all the time) with the differences in vision expansions colour lenses and what the differences are and displayed this in a visual iPad presentationTheir friendly manner and experience with greeting clients when attending to my specific type of service helps me again realise why I would not consider exploring anywhere else!Customer service and attitude speaks volumes and is something I feel are the most important aspects and ingredients in delivering a high standard of service which is always noted by customersI do hope Specsavers Management appreciate their staff at Sylvania and offer them a great package incentives and permanent employment as customers like to see the same familiar facesThank you

Spec savers at Southgate were fantastic last Saturday (not sure who served me then). But they found a replacement arm for my only pair of glasses so I could still see while getting replacement pair sorted. Today , help from Kyrah and Ethan was amazing. Highly recommend the service I received. Thanks Fiona

Maria was awesome and friendly to deal with and really assisted me from the moment I arrived. Had a brief conversation with her as I have seen her around before and she told me she loves working there and it’s been such a game changer for her and that Specsavers provides her training.
