WOW!! Totally ripped off on the dirtiest pool salt ever... Charged $18.50 per bag (Should be $7)... Heavy grained dirty salt... NEVER AGAIN!.. RIP OFF!

Spent 45 minutes in line waiting to be served (regular occurance at this store), then halfway through being served, the rude guy behind asked if he 'could just pay for this'. They logged out of our address mid transaction, and logged into his, did his transaction, and then had to log back into ours, adding 10 minutes to our wait time. Wont be going back - will investigate other pool stores in the area.

I asked for them to maintain the pool as we don't live there, good for the fist month then they couldn't svc it or check the filter system because the water was to low so they didn't fill it up and they let pool go green. And still left leaves in the pool after SVC.

We are house sitting and the plumbing on pool filter started to leak and unbelievable service with chasing up the parts and actually glueing new pipe work together while extremely busy during lead up to Christmas holidays. Absolutely terrible. We've been having monthly services for the past 8months, and our pool is just never clean. They charge so much and I can't figure what they're doing. Got a new pool person out and he said that there's literally no chemical in it at all. There's mould in it along with a bunch of other terrible things. He thought it hadn't been serviced in months judging on the state of it. I would warn anyone not to use this company. They've taken our money consistently and clearly not used any chemicals or vacuumed or anything. Word of warning.
