Not happy, I went there to replaced my alternator, they replaced good, but the guy who did my car, cut in two half my engine dust cover underneath, his reason is difficult for him to get in or else he needs to removed my nudge bar, and what shocking is, lucky I check my car underneath, thats the reason I found out that my engine if open underneath and when I asked them, they answered If your not happy

I had a broken valve just before a big trip, and showed up without an appointment hoping for help. Even though it appeared to be just before closing on a Saturday, the guys happily fixed it quickly, polished the tyres and checked all the pressures. Great service, and a real life saver. My thanks to your team.

There is not many places that offer good old fashioned service like Goodyear Tyre and Auto Charlestown. I have used there services numerous times and cannot fault them. The are Honest, Trustworthy & I will highly recommend when I get the chance

Been looking for thorough and trustworthy car care for a long time and I think I lucked out by stumbling across this lot for my latest service and tyres. I'm not the type to blow smoke up just anybody's freckle but I really found these guys to be the gold standard in customer service. High level of diplomacy and care for a fussy customer, kept me informed, didn't perform unnecessary repairs, and delivered on every request without hesitation. Did a flawless job. I highly recommend for both tyres and servicing. I will be a return customer for sure (sorry fellas).

Dave and the team have assisted with tyre rotations and now with rear brake drums to be machined with front sway bar link replaced, their service is friendly and professional. I’m happy that my money goes to a local small business that’s more than deserved considering how much they go above and beyond for their clients. Thanks again to Dave and the team, looking forward to more ongoing work here in the future!

I came in late in the day, probably too late to get 4 tyres replaced. I was already preparing myself psychologically for a return visit but the man offered to stay late and sort me out. What can I say, they earned my 5 stars for going the extra mile. Got a good deal on a quality set of Goodyear tyres too.
