Lovely, well laid out shop - improved by the extra room. Quality of items very good with plenty to choose from. However the prices in this shop are not ‘opshop’ prices. I could not afford to purchase here. Basic sleeveless shirt priced at $20 because it is silk; old style handbag priced at $40 because it was leather. In this financial climate you would think secondhand at new prices would not be helping those who can’t afford to buy new!!

Great selection of clothes, particularly women's, some bric-a-brac and books and CDs. Prices seem higher than some charity shops but also good quality.

I can’t help myself to ‘just have a quick look’ everytime I pass eagle junction on the way home from uni.Just a brilliant opp shop. Never going fast fashion again especially when a magic store like this is open.

This is the best op shop I've been to in a long time, the prices are very fair, especially for such quality items. You can tell that everything has been carefully arranged and well looked after by staff who are incredibly welcoming. The lady behind the counter was so nice, putting in the effort to find choice items for everyone browsing. She was lovely and very generous to my young daughter who is already looking forward to our next trip.

About 12:30 today 5thJan I had very rude service after being pushed to wear a mask twice. I advised guy there that masks are not law he says it's not law to serve you either" Put down what I would have purchased & said "you've lost a sale" another employee proceeds to tell me that "we don't want your sale"After donating many bags of clothes over the years I definitely won'tpurchase from them again! Never had a problem at other stores... disgusted"

I was very impressed with the staff who were extremely helpful and welcoming. Also I was happy that the Manager was very willing to negotiate with an item that had been sitting in the shop for a longer period of time. The range of goods and items were very reasonably priced.

Quite expensive for a thrift shop .

Ridiculous prices! Op shops have forgotten their purpose! They’re given products, at no cost, they are mostly staffed by volunteers, yet their prices exceed, for instance, antique shops! I just looked at a Waterford crystal decanter, priced at $150!!! Another unlabelled decanter was $60!! Their overheads are minimal due to donations and volunteers!! I’ll be boycotting this and all other Vinnies, after 40 years of shopping with them!! And my donations will be given to other Op shops from now on!! The greed is disgusting!
