We purchased a part from jeffersons on ebay and ordered the wrong item we contacted them they said we could return for a refund so we ordered the correct part and returned the incorrect one and jeffersons will not refund our original part terrible to deal with.

The service staff are helpful, patient, and understanding of 69 yr old learning online navigation system operational upgrade process interacting with Bluetooth enabled hearing aids... steep learning curve for both of us. But all staff are supportive, entertaining and efficient. Thank you so much.

We buy lots of parts from here daily, the toyota team here are completely incompetent. At least twice a week, parts are either wrong or don’t show up at all, and to make it worse all we get is a “oh well what do you want me to do about it?!They also do nothing to try and help you when they have made a mistake, it’s the old to bad so sad.
