I highly recommend Nathan as a builder. He completed a large, 2 storey extension with difficult site access to an exceptional quality. He is organised, detail oriented and professional. On numerous occasions he went above and beyond and delivered a build that exceeds the quality standards of the contract. Where variations are required, he has been more than fair. Communications throughout the whole process has also been frequent and transparent. Highly recommended!His workmanship is excellent and precise. He even impressed my architect wife, and architects are very picky!

Nathan and the team at Fandr are absolutely incredible. They took my initial vision and amplified it! In just a few short weeks they transformed this unused space into a room we use everyday and has added considerable value to my property. The photos really speak for themselves!His team were always on time, clean and highly respectful. I enjoyed having them perform this project so much I am now trying to find new projects to involve them in.I highly recommend Nathan and the Fandr team for any work you’re considering and can’t wait to work with them again!

We used FANDR Constructions for a full renovation of our bathroom together with some ad hoc items. The entire team was very punctual, professional, hard working and left the area tidy after working. Nathan himself was very focused on ensuring the quality of all used trades was up to his high standards and was focused on ensuring the space met our needs and wants. I am so happy with the work that was done by Nathan and his team. They were incredibly professional and completed all of the work with the highest attention to detail. Nathan also offered a number of suggestions to improve the plans we put forth. Their team spent a lot of time on our project and took care to ensure what we envisioned was brought to life. We are so happy with our newly renovated home and will not hesitate to recommend FANDR for many years to come!!!
