The worst Real Estate Agent we dealt with. !!!Guys be careful about the bond amount you pay. They will be something for these guys to take from you even after you follow everything they say and keep the house in pristine condition.I had very bad experience while I vacated the house, they were blaming me for so many things which was not a fault at all.Their approach is so bad. While I left the house I forgot/missed to empty the recycling bin, so instead of giving a call / just any intimation to clear it they waited for so long and charge money to empty it. I have requested them multiple times that I will come and clear the recycle bin, but they didn’t listen.Also my bond amount was not returned/ nor taken action for more than 20 days. While I contacted them regarding the bond amount the property manager said that I owe them 390$. It was to my great surprise the reasons they were telling. I have damaged the mailbox cover( which was not there at all in the first instance) and water on the laundry area. I have use the cleaners they recommended!!!Don’t except to answer your calls if you want anything fixed, since they were not responding or very delayed response I stopped complaining. The lights were flickering in the toilets for more than 2 months !!! As a normal person, I can understand that everyone is busy, we didn’t complain.They were the first to take me to the VCAT and by taking advantage of the situation. I was in need of money so have got no other options left other than agree. Since VCAT desicions can be delayed and the money will be held up.Having been this area for a couple of years, this is the first instance of very bad customer serviceBe very careful!!!!

As both a former home owner and a tenant, I have dealt with many estate agents: Why can’t there be more like Penny Callanan? Penny took over management of the Carlton terrace I was living in. She called to introduce herself and at the inspection that followed a month or so later, Penny was very responsive to my concerns about the property and was quick to resolve outstanding maintenance issues. Penny was always professional and easy to communicate with. Had management of the property not changed hands once again, I may have remained at the Carlton terrace. I’d be lucky to find another agent as reliable and approachable as Penny. If you’re considering renting a place through Penny, be assured that you’re in excellent hands. Thank you, Penny!

Very poor. The Principal Penny doesn't listen and as a consequence when clients become frustrated asking for the same thing over and over she terminates agreements rather than address her ignorance. Also her staff are vague preferring that the client deal with by Penny - however Penny suggests you talk to her staff - extremely frustrating. Seems many people are saying the same thing. Would not recommend.

Penny has been nothing but helpful and professional in spite of a bad situation. She has supported my brothers and I and we appreciate all that she has done for us. I highly recommend her as a property manager she is an amazing person and is good at what she does. Thank you Penny for all your support.
