4.5 Stars. Incredibly friendly, homely and reliable service. I get my wheel alignment and balance done here and Ben does an incredible job with it.The $28 check-up isn’t going to catch everything, but is definitely great value for money.

PAID FOR A SERVICE WHICH I NEVER GOT.Took my Car and Camper in for a simple weight check to make sure we were compliant. Customer service was good at the time, they took weights and measurements, requested payment, Paid. Then they tell me their calculation system broken. It should be fixed in a day or so". Well its 6 months later

What a great experience dealing with the team at Pedders Taren Point!Not only did they fit my 4WD with upgraded suspension, also dealing with a very quick turnaround, then Ben went out of his way to help me when my starter motor decided to die in their driveway.Awesome service-great price-could not recommend these guys any higher. Took my car in for 4 shocks, top mounts and bump stops. Got quoted $2480 and on the day they charged $2630. The original phone call I asked to have everything replaced and they said that's the price for the lot. When I asked why the price has gone up they made an excuse that I added bump stops. At $2480 I was already paying a premium and now I just got ripped off. Don't trust any of their quotes because they'll find a way to scab more off you when you go to pay. I've since called 2 other Pedders stores and they have quoted me $2000 for the exact same parts. Stay clear of these scammers at Taren Point

Dropped my car into Pedders at Taren Point as it had a knocking noise which my mechanic couldn't sort out. Ben spent about an hour looking over the car and fixed the issue. I am so impressed. Polite, friendly, honest...what more could you ask for. Thanks. Dean

Had my hilux in for a camber adjustment and wheel alignment. Camber had been adjust but the alignment was even worse than before I took it in. This was a fairly simple task and shouldn’t have been missed. I don’t have time to keep taking my car back again and again. Took it else where and was fixed no worries.

Started off being helpful, but recently have been awful. Had major work done then had issues only to be told was due to something else which they could fix. I agreed and asked them to get the parts etc and get it done. Then crickets.....no calls and when I enquired they told me they couldn't get the parts. They told me to find them and they would do the work. Ordered and received parts only for the crickets to return with no call backs re booking it in. Had to find someone else to install. Disappointed, if they couldn't do it they should just say it.
