Veneta Blinds

Dear Veneta Team,Just over two weeks ago I ordered two “Honeycomb Premium Corded” blinds for my boat. They arrived yesterday, I fitted them today and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the result. I have attached three photos. 1. Is the port side window. 2. Is the starboard side window with blind up. 3. I would highly recommend Veneta to anyone thinking about ordering blinds online. I ordered samples from just about every DIY blind store and Veneta was hands down the best in terms of quality and competitive pricing. I am super happy with my new roller blinds and will definitely be ordering more to complete the rest of the house.Also props to their customer service team. We are so happy with the honeycombs blinds they look absolutely amazing and were so easy to install- My wife installed them without any problems. From the ordering of the samples to the delivery of the blinds Veneta were very helpful and rang us with follow up calls to ensure our order was correct and rang again once the blinds were delivered. So pleased with the colour and also we chose the cordless blinds which are easy to operate and no worries about the grand kids tangling in cords. Thank you Veneta - top product and top service.

Couldn’t be happier. Well priced, look great and so easy to instal. Moderate home handyman skills are required. These are after all still plantation shutters with moving parts. But the whole process was so easy and Phil was super helpful. I Fitted 4 blinds in an old federation house in an afternoon. Packages were well labelled and had everything I needed bar a screwdriver. Easier that ikea!

My samples arrived after I'd already placed my order (I was too keen). Thoughtfully, Veneta had sent me a few extra, including a beautiful Timber OSMO Black sample, I hadn't noticed on the website (Packed by Rhys- Thanks). I phoned the number on the pamphlet and spoke with a respectable and kind operator, Nic. Nic advised me that he'd change my order and asked me to check my email. Once he sent the email, he followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy. He even waived the amendment fee. And I scored 20% off (and free delivery to Alice Springs!). So kind. The whole process, including website, mail, phone and email was user friendly, accessible, personalised, understanding and generous. The experience was exceptional. Thank you Veneta team.

We just built a new house and bought both honeycomb blinds and roller blinds (cordless, chained and smart chain) and we could not be happier! Fantastic quality, value for money and super easy to install. We didn't think we could do the whole house for our budget, but we did. All of the blinds were a perfect fit and I love the custom look. The blockout blinds and the cordless roller blinds are standouts for us. I would highly recommend Veneta to anyone.
