Ordered a standard “900mm sleek reflect” shaving cabinet from their catalogue, delivery quoted at “up to three weeks”, and delivery took the full three weeks. Cabinet doors arrived damaged - the doors had been inadequately secured in shipping, and the lower hinge on one door was left unfastened, resulting in damage to the mirrors on both doors. Rifco accepted warranty claim, quoted “up to three weeks” to supply replacement doors, and (again) took the full three weeks to deliver only ONE door which also arrived damaged (with chipping and delamination on two corners). I’d expect they’ll take another full three weeks to offer another remedy.For a company supplying mass produced melamine and mdf joinery, this is a pretty unacceptable level of service. Their products are nicely designed and look great in the showroom, but their workmanship and after sales support make this company impossible to recommend.

After posting this review I was contacted by Sam the owner of the business who I had previously spoken to about the faults in December 2020.He immeadiately organised to have the faulty drawers replaced.It's disappointing that it took a review to have the faults repaired.Customer service is atrocious.The vanities we purchased are faulty , the film covering the drawer fronts is lifting. I've been waiting since December 2020 for replacements and more recently for someone to return my calls.The team will no longer take my calls. I am now lodging a complaint with The Dept of Fair Trading.

Vanity arrived damaged - after waiting 6.5 weeks for the delivery! Their follow up service has left much to be desired. After 8 weeks I still have no resolution. Latest excuse is that their courier email system is down - really???

We have bought two vanities from Rifco and they are always made from quality materials. Finishes are great and always delivered on time. we highly recommend this Australian made product. We have also purchase shaving cabinets that made up to 2.4m 1500mm plus 900mm looks fantastic.

We damaged the top of one of our two beautiful Rifco vanities during installation so badly we decided to replace it.Reece put me in touch with Nick from Rifco, who not only told me he could repair it, but also he would do it for free!Just finished installing the repaired top...it looks great and you would never know it had been damaged.Outstanding customer service...thanks a lot guys!Great products and 6 star after-sales service...I could not recommend these guys more...

We have bought 2 Imperial vanities and a shaving cabinet for our properties. We have had nothing but awesome service from the team. Their products are beautifully made with high quality materials and real attention to detail. Recommend you check out their products if you’re after a great look and want to know you’ll be looked after from beginning to end.

Absoloutley amazing company. Shopped around alot for quality products was very dissapointed with the choices. Until I found RIFCO, amazing quality amazing to deal with, the finish on the vanities were of European quality but I was sensationaly surprised to find that they were a long running Australian company. So happy with my new Bathrooms! Will reccomend to anyone! I was also surprised to see my vanity on the block amazing! Thanks Rifco

Service is amazing. I have called Rifco several times now in trying to choose my vanity and everyone that I have spoken to has been so helpful. I love how flexible they are to make changes to the vanities as well.

We ordered 2 vanities from their standard range. The finishes are great but the cabinetry standard is poor. Both vanities have cabinetry production issues. Wrong handle on one vanity requiring a completely new door which when it arrived was the wrong dimensions. 2nd vanity: we are still waiting over a month later for replacement fronts as they drilled holes in the wrong place for dividers. If they got their cabinetry and service right they'd have great products.
