What an amazing experience dealing with this store and the selection and prices are extremely reasonable. A company that goes over and above for its Christmas mad customers. Love it.

This shop has heaps and heaps of awesome Christmas decorations, mostly seeming to specialize in smaller ornaments and decorations. They have a huge variety of antiques and decorations, the staff are friendly and the Boxing Day sales were fantastic!! Only negative was that they did not have any inflatable characters (ie. Santa, reindeer, snowman etc.) but they still did have some great outdoor decorations.

Terribly bad customer service. Been waiting almost 5 months for my purchase to arrive. Each call is met by a voicemail, saying they are way too busy on Boxing Day 2019 to answer phone calls. It's now a week before Easter 2020, and the number still goes back to this voicemail message. They weren't 'way too busy' to take my money before Christmas. Enough is enough. I am now going to Consumer Affairs

I never received my order and never received any communication after many many attempts at calling, emailing and Facebook messaging. After weeks and weeks I was able to get my money back through Paypal.

Don't buy from this company online unless your willing to wait a couple months or more for your order.I bought off this company last year and had to chase down 3 seperate times. Took 2 months to get my order.Thought I would give them another go this year and ordered a village for our collection that is in stock a month ago now and have had no response since.They don't answer phone calls nor do they reply to emails.Will not waste my time with these guys again.

This business appears to be a scam and Victorian Consumer Affairs advised to leave this review so that other customers do not get ripped off by this business. I made an online purchase on 21.10.2021 which has not been received & all phone numbers have been disconnected and no response from email/Facebook communications. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!
