Read the reviews on product review as well. Poor service, phone doesn't even ring once before going to answering machine telling you to email. Email has auto-responder telling you that they are in meetings and to call them instead. We have an apartment full of tenants not happy with how slow things are done, and being told that they are 'sorting out bigger issues'. Met with argumentative tones and actually got told off by one staff member for trying to follow up on issues in our common space. I would take your money elsewhere
