Purchased a $1700 hydrostorm eco pump that after 3 and a half years displayed a fault and would keep shutting off. Was basically told since it is out of warranty they are not interested and refered me to a repairer.These pumps are not repairable and waterco offer 2 options. Pay $1100 for the motor assembly or purchase a new pump

Had this pool 3.5 years and nothing but issues. (Installed by Freedom in 2019)First few months the timer broke and had to be switched off and on manually, so since then we have been using an external timer as the replacement cost was too much.Now we have the box flashing no flow" and "low salt" even though there is flow and salt in the pool.I've cleaned the sensors

Solid service from Garrie. Super helpful. From a pool installation perspective, Garrie was by far the best communicator, knowledgeable and helpful.
