In early May 2023, Oregan Air Conditioning installed a Daikin ducted air system in our two-storey duplex. All three installation technicians, Sarkis, Mark and Tom, were very professional, skillful, and courteous throughout the installation process.Some structural limitations discovered on installation day required changing the plan proposed by Trent at the initial survey. While the result turned out fine upstairs, downstairs is less effective. In a great display of customer service, Sarkis took the initiative to call the day after installation inquiring about the system's performance. When we explained the downstairs situation, he came by the following day to make some adjustments.Overall the house is more comfortable with the ducted air than without. A month and a half on, we continue to consult with Trent on the best way to achieve the optimal performance from the system and outlet configuration. We're confident that together we can work it out.

Oregan Air Conditioning installed our Daikin ducted system today in our Thornleigh home. Quoting was a breeze, Greg was very helpful talking through the specifics of the quote, I was able to lock in the install with a short lead-time, and the installation went really well. The guys turned up early, did a great job, were friendly and helpful, and tidied up afterwards. Thanks all.

Very very prompt service when we had an issue with our aircon not warming (explained it was in the new babies room/area of the house) and they were there in 4 hrs.Solved the issue (collapsed vent in roof) and did a service in it too!

Early this week, Greg from Oregan Air Conditioning repaired our faulty Daikn deducted aircondition system which hasn't been working for almost 2 years at Kellyville Ridge. He saved me almost $10,000 as I was told I needed a complete new system from another repair company. If you want to save time and money and receive an excellent service from professional team, I highly recommend Greg and his team and Oregan. Also he is really a nice gentleman.
