They installed the heater light and damaged the ceiling. More than 6 months chasing them to come back to repair the ceiling to no avail. Never answer phone calls, never returned phone calls. What a joke!

Incompetent con artists, charged $5000 to 'fix' a small leak in the roof and now the leak is worse!!. Got the Dept of Fair Trading to intervene & they are now claiming that they never attended. Am taking them to the Tribunal, that should jog their memory!!

April 2018 Notified them days in advance of my available time for an appointment and we organised; they turned up at a time i advised them i would not be available knocking loudly repeatedly on my door.Unprofessional and unreliable.Do not follow client instructions. Do not recommend, look at another reliable (if lucky) company.Update: When the window tech called me and I told him of my concerns and not being impressed, he tried to argue with me and not even apologise, but continued going on and trying to argue a point of why he done it. That's the service you getting.
