Phone DFO

The worst experience ever. I put my phone in for what I considered a minor repair - to have the charger port changed as it was getting loose. When I got my phone back the GPS wasn't working, only to be told it was nothing they had done and it must have been a fault with my car. Fast forward to ruling that out with my car to taking my phone back to Phone DFO to be repaired again, only to have it completely stop working. I work for myself and the incredible waste of my time on stress involved having NO phone or GPS (I resorted to having to use a Melways), this company should be avoided at all costs. They can't do minor repairs, they don't care about the customer and they take no responsibility.

Was delighted that not only that the back cover could be replaced for less than I thought, but that he identified that low volume was because of a build up of grime, and the same with the usb port for charging. Had been considering an upgrade, but this saved me from doing this. Highly recommended.

Got my iPhone screen repaired from them, very low quality screen. Random white spots + screen cracked very easily unlike the screen I used to have before this. I also got a case from them which does not protect the phone at all.
