They are really dodgy. They charged 10% for cancelling the insurance due to unforeseen event. They will put clause in the insurance policy that you can’t come back fight. When they will sell you the policy, they will tell you it’s standard but that is not the case. Please ready policy before actually signing with them.

Absolutely appalling company. I was hit by a black and white cab, it took weeks just to find out these guys are the insurers. I am 2 months without a car and they still won't pay for repairs to my vehicle.

My car was stolen, taxi care told me they would pay for the damages with replaced car and income loss protection. Unfortunately, this is so dodgy. Isn't sign up with taxi. This is a disgrace. I am without a car for a month and still paying all expenses with running out taxi urgh

After our car was hit by a black and white cab driver who left a note admitting fault, this company screwed us around for 3 and a half months trying to receive our insurance claims. We are still waiting for our claim to be finalised despite this company having all the required information for the claim. We will be seeking legal advice.
