These guys give a whole new meaning to customer service. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were number one on their list of jobs to get done. Anthony and his team were fantastic in installing our coffee machine and grinder and accessories into our coffee trailer and they look great. They were very helpful in giving advice as to where things would be more functional but also took in what we wanted as well, everything was finished in a very quick time and the work was done to a very very high standard. We would highly recommend anyone needing any help with installation of coffee machines or any help on the technical side of things these guys are the ones for the job.

I had a Ruggero Expresso machine for a year in storage due to Covid forcing closure of our Cristina Re Designs - Where a Girl Goes cafe' in Collingwood.When the Expresso machine was plumbed back it was not working as it developed moulds in various sections internally. That's a nasty issue to have!I was worried it could to be fixed but today Gianni came to our rescue and he was amazing! His skills and determination to provide an excellent service allowed the Expresso machine to be resurrected from the dead!thanks Gianni you are the best!

I recently needed to have my ECM coffee machine serviced. The dealer who sold it to me quoted 3+ weeks so I decided to look at other options.I called Coffee Machine Technologies and was told their wait time was 7-10 days. When I actually took the machine to their service depot in Tullamarine, the very helpful person said he'd try to have it done by the end of the week (4 days).So I called at the end of the week, and to my delight the machine was ready for collection. The pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service exceptional; thanks Michael!My only regret is not having purchased the machine from Coffee Machine Technologies, but it is now my go to" place for service and recommendations."

Fixed my La Pavoni at a very good price. Will use them again.
