Michelago Yoga
Highly recommended Michelago yoga. Belinda is an excellent yoga teacher who caters for all levels of experience, her teaching style is inclusive, warm and relaxed. I had previously never tried yoga and now I consider it extremely beneficial to my physical and mental health. Belinda is also a community minded person. She recently spearheaded a campaign to get defribulators for the local community. Highly recommend giving Michelago yoga a go, you won't regret it.These days I consider myself a yoga bear...that is because yoga gives me a chance to paws and reflect...lol. sorry.

Love my personalised yoga at my home with Belinda. I definitely feel like I'm getting stronger, and it's very convenient having Belinda come to me. I'm a beginner in my 50s, and didn't think I could enjoy yoga anymore but I feel like I'm progressing each week.
