After purchasing a rug with my sister last year, when it was our turn now, we ended up back at DecoRug North Lakes. They have a great selection in the big sizes which is what we needed. Pat helped us in-store and was lovely to deal with, along with Sam when he delivered the rug to our home and helped bring it inside due to my bad back.

Dealt with Dayle Robertson at Northlakes. Dayle was professional, easy to speak to, and had excellent product knowledge. A huge thanks to installers Jarrod and Sam for a professional floor installation. You are both a credit to your profession. Keep up the good work Dayle/Jarrod and Sam.

The 1 star is purely for the carpet installer who did the right thing by us. We placed our order mid September and were told that everything would be done prior to our holiday 22 October. We received no communication, I rang mid October and was told to contact the warehouse for a date. Then told oh we can do it early November...... Installation date came, about half way through the installer advised us that he had been given 3 different batches of carpet so when it was layed it looked like 3 different shades....... again there was minimal communication (nothing from the store) I sent the store an email on the 13 December about our entire experience and didnt even get a response. We now have our new carpet but not one follow up call to see if we are happy or even check that it went in. Terrible service.

We bought 2 rugs from here. It's very beautiful. Sam was very helpful in answering questions as well as helping in finding the best rug for us.Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. He was really informed and went extra mile help us. I would recommend this place for rugs and carpets

Big thanks to Vijay our installer who worked very hard to get our new floors layed in a short time frame so we could move back into our house. They look amazing and we are really happy with how it has come up!
