Was looking forward to a nice experience after reading other reviews. Quality of work seems fine however the customer service was so poor. The technician didn't say a word to me just pointed and grunted whenever I needed to change hands/move position. Salon was dirty - heel skin scrapings all over the floor. Generally a negative experience, perhaps I was in on a bad day.

Last-minute appointment on a busy weekend, staff were friendly and my nails look great. Very happy

i’m so disappointed! i was charged 95$ for french tips that is a rip off, they claimed to have to charge me extra because i wanted a heart design but the lady completing my nails forgot to do it but still made me pay extra for the design that i didn’t even get as a local at Dunsborough i know i will never be visiting nifty nails ever again and may i also add that costumer service was disgraceful the floors made me want to vomit just looking at them and the staff were disrespectful giving you guys a 1 star rating is even pushing it

Some polite staff but one rude lady in particular that continued to listen to her air pods throughout the time I was there. Lack of communication between technicians around what I had asked for (pedicure with shellac & refill). I was also moved three times to different spots. I requested for a refill on two of my nails from the beginning, first guy said not a problem then was talked out of it by the lady that finished off my nails as she didn’t think I needed it. I trusted her judgement so went along, wasn’t until the colour was put on, it was obvious how bad my toes looked as there was a dip on both big toes. When I politely requested she please take off the shellac on my big toes and fill them in, she became extremely rude and aggressive. She continuously yanked my feet and legs in a rough manner for the rest of the service. If she had simply asked me to move or adjust this would have gone a long way, instead she took it out on me physically. And of course she couldn’t hear what I was saying at times because of having headphones in.The owners seem nice and professional, but the attitude of this one lady is unacceptable and needs to be looked into. Appalling service for a treatment that cost $75.

I loveeeee this place! I go every few weeks for all of my beauty needs! Thi (the owner) is so kind & lovey, she does my eyelash extensions & refills. Theyre SUCH good quality & so much better priced than anywhere else. She is quick aswell, but soooo well placed! Then the team there do my nails & toes, they're all professional, all very friendly & use such good quality products. I love that even when they’re busy they never turn you away, they make room for you & still do a great job. Thankyou guys for everything you do for me :)

Disappointed in the price I paid for very simple ‘pedicure’ with no polish and simple manicure with shellac. My shellac was coming away within 2 days when it should last 3-4weeks.

This salon is not just the best in town it’s near the best in the world. Why you ask? The service the product is exceptional because it’s run so well. All the locals go there because they know but it’s not just that it’s the people that work there. It’s not often in the day you get to sit down and breath. You do that at this salon and they offer you an experience. The owners Johnny and Thai are kind funny thoughtful they become your family your friends. Because of this they lead by example with their staff who also share these same qualities. It is so easy to jump on line and complain people hardly ever add accolades. This salon deserve 6 stars ⭐️ if you have an issue they will fix it. Try speaking to this beautiful local family other than rating them poorly because your wrong. We are so lucky to have them in town we all benefit from their beautiful run business . So go support them you won’t regret it!
