Highly recommend they have the best customer service. They really look after you and go over and beyond to find the perfect match and at the best price.

I'm not usually one to write bad reviews on businesses but I have never been more dissatisfied with a service in my life. I rang Michael Hill Charlestown this morning and told them that I wanted to bring 3 of my rings in to either be re-sized or cleaned which all had life time care plans however I had unfortunately misplaced one of the care plans so I asked if it would be possible for them to look my details up, they stated it would be fine. The moment I walked into the store 'Lydia' who served me was exceptionally rude. She was not interested in helping in any way from the get go and shook her head at me on numerous occasions. I can't even put into words how rude this woman was and my friend who was with me could not believe it either. She questioned me on numerous occasions as to wether I had even called the store that morning (I was about to get my phone out and show her my call history) and she was getting extremely frustrated when she couldn't find my care plan on file. She also questioned me NUMEROUS times as to wether my ring had even been purchased from the Charlestown store and I had to confirm this on 3 separate occasions. She literally made me feel like a lying criminal? She spoke over the top of me on numerous occasions and the aggression in her voice was disgusting. My husband and I have purchased from Michael Hill Charlestown on numerous occasions and have spent a lot of money at this store however if you enter the store with no intention to spend any money on the day you are treated extremely poorly. Lydia ended up getting that flustered over absolutely nothing that she handed the job over to another young girl working in the store who was absolutely lovely and ended up finding the care plan within 5 minutes. How someone with this attitude can work in a customer service roll, I will never know. I will NEVER be shopping at Michael Hill Charlestown again and will be advising friends and family to do the same.

Horrible compassion towards grieving individuals. They were more than happy to smile and be cheerful until you are asking for help and understanding during a transaction..It's then when their true demeanour is present. I have never felt so belittled and degraded when shopping for jewellery. I'm honestly surprised it was even possible.

Very disappointing experience with Michael Hill promising to do warranty work for free and then two weeks after the item had been left quoted a charge unless a 95 year old could come up with paperwork as they had changed systems.Don’t make offers you won’t back; be upfront Michael Hill.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Angela in purchasing our wedding bands. Angela was so personable and was genuinely excited for us. She walked us through all our options and didn’t push anything on us. When we made our decision, Angela gave an incredible price, and we walked away feeling so relieved and surprised how easy it all was. I had to go back about two weeks later to repair my engagement ring and Mel and Angela treated us just the same again. These ladies love what they do and they treat you like a friend. I am so glad my fiancé purchased my solitaire from Michael Hill and now our bands also, these ladies will can’t be faulted. Thank you!

Amazing customer service so helpful and friendly, nothing is an issue and the prices are extremely competitive and affordable I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for something special.

All the staff at Michael Hill, are absolutely amazing! My partner and I have purchased our Engagement and Wedding rings from them and the service has been outstanding!They even offered to polish my engagement ring while fixing my Tiffany necklace latch!I’m so impressed with the service!
