Can't say enough about Northern Beaches Carpet Cleaning and there technicians. Last week we had a water pressure line burst the water traveled though the wall cavity and flooded the kitchen and living room. We called a plumber immediately he advised us to turn off the water main while he was in route once he located the line and fixed it. He then recommended we contact a professional water mitigation company that specialises in drying carpet and wood floors and cabinets. We Googled water damage and found Northern Beaches Carpet Cleaning. Being that it was around 7pm my wife and I figured we'd get an answering service but to our surprise we spoke to the owner. He answered all our questions put us at ease and assured us a crew was on there way. Can't believe what a great group of guys his technicians were on site within an hour. extracting all the water and setting up drying equipment. Thank you for your hard work.

Just want to let you know that my carpets have never been cleaned so well. We have put our house on the market and wanted to have the carpets and rug cleaned so it all looks presentable. The team went above and beyond to clean the carpet, they moved all furniture, vacuumed, shampooed and steam cleaned our 6-bedroom house and removed all major stains. They also steam cleaned the area rugs and they turn out incredible. The cost involved was worth every cent considering the service they provided. I was pretty sure nobody would be able to get our carpet cleaned. With sick babies & dog Urine it was disgraceful. My husband and I were about to re-carpet altogether. When I spoke to Ilana from Northern Beaches Carpet cleaning she was sure to take me through the prices & room sizes. Then when they arrived again she talked me through the procedure of removing some difficult stains. When I came home I was so pleasantly surprised! Seriously the carpet looked as close to new. The team at Northern Beaches Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my lounge. Their attention to detail was impressive. They left the lounge looking and smelling amazing. We had some nail polish and gum stains on the lounge that they manage to remove. They also left fans with us to help speed dry our lounge. They were friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend their services as they went abov and beyond to make sure that the lounge is thoroughly cleaned and all stains are gone.

Amazing service! Our Dishwasher flooded the dining and living room carpet, and about 30 sqm of carpeted area was soaked with water. Northern Beaches Carpet Cleaning team arrived on time and were super helpful and professional in removing the water from the carpet. All the area was dry within days. Great communication all the way.
