Could͏ not have asked for moreWorking͏ with Shawn from the outset I was impressed with how much information he gave us. He kept us updated every step of the way no matter how large or small. Quick͏ sale with better than expected priceIt was always a pleasure dealing with Shawn and Kym in my recent sale! Notable was the always prompt communication and thorough explanation of the current market conditions and possible approaches to it to get the best price. I eventually got about 15K more than I was really expecting (sold for 343), and I felt I was given a lot more attention than I quite often get from agents. There was none of that situation where you feel people are keeping something from you and have no idea when you'll sell! Highly recommended.
