I have to say this is the worst shopping experience ever. I booked flowers for an important client online and paid $15 delivery fee to deliver flowers to her home. I was worried if they won’t deliver on time so I called 10 times for past 3 days and no one answered the phone and no call back either. I had to go to their shop in Melbourne central to talk to the staff. And the staff couldn’t answer me any questions because she said her boss is not here. I asked a call back. Still no response. And I emailed a few times finally I got response saying my delivery will deliver on time. Guess what, the thing I was worried the most happened. Instead of delivering the flowers to my client’s home, they sent the flowers to me. The delivery guy was the rudest person I ever seen. I explained to him that this is my billing address and I showed him my confirmation receipt. Instead of apologizing, he kept saying it’s where he was told to send with the most terrible attitude. I definitely felt insulted by him and not appreciated for shopping with them. And yet, I’m still waiting for them to solve the problem, no one has been contacted me to explain the situation so far. I would say as a customer, the experience couldn’t be any worse

It says that they’re open on Saturdays and all entrances are closed. Tried calling their mobile and no one picked up. Took me 15 min circling the building trying to find an entrance to get in. What a waste of time.
