I would have given 0 rating if there is an option.Really disappointed with the customer service received from this lady. Wrong choice of words and extremely rude.I have requested an appointment not begged and she advised to book online. I booked for the time that was available as there were 2 slots so I chose the one suitable for me and she rescheduled the time saying she wants to condense her day and her words were ‘ You begged for an appointment and opened up my schedule just for you. I’ll cancel it my end and you can get a refund from Groupon. It’s cancelled now’. Upon asking why my appointment is cancelled she replied ‘ Please book with another hairdresser’. Please stay away from these kind of people.

Andrea did such a great job and was so helpful with all of my styling questions. My hair felt and looked so healthy after my cut and ultra hydrating treatment. Have already been back and will keep returning. Highly recommend!

Andrea is honestly the loveliest, most professional and passionate hairdresser I've ever met. She's so determined to ensure you get exactly what you asked for, certainly a perfectionist, which is amazing when it comes to doing hair. She called me in for a second appointment because she was a little unhappy with the development of the colour I was going for, spent ages fixing and perfecting my hair, and didn't even charge a dime. Her passion for her work and drive to ensure her clients satisfaction is unmatched, I'm definitely not going anywhere else for my hair from now on, 100% recommend.

My hair package was a Mother's Day Gift!Andrea is truly a professional. Makes clients feel very welcome. She not only listens to what the client is expressing but also closely observes how they are currently wearing their hair; i.e. how they have their hair parted. She takes her time and as a one person business is able to be totally focused on the client. The end result of my foils and cut and style is everything I expected and more. The true test of how good this lady is came from the fact that;1. I felt amazing as I left2. I have had not only friends declare how fabulous my hair looks but have even been stopped by strangers asking about it because it looks so good!Even though it will mean spending more than I normally do ( as a pensioner) on my hair, I will be going back because it was a complete experience, very relaxing with brilliant results!P.S. not good at Selfies but hope the photos give a reasonable idea as to the cut and colour!
